Lichii is a fork of Eglantine that merges patches from the other forks. It claims memory stays at 4–5 GB instead of going past 20 GB, and that most games run at 60 fps. These are the author's claims and haven't been verified. zortos293/Eglantine
Lichii fork can launch the Kirby Air Raiders into intro movie I wasn't aware Kirby Air Raiders is NOT yet released so I tried anyway. The new Lichii fork github.com/zortos293/Eglantine/releases seemed able to launch the ROM file into intro movie but could not proceed in the network connecting phase. I think this is still good news?
🚀 New Lichii (Eglantine Fork) build is out! ✅ Up to 2x FPS, most games hit 60 FPS (Pokopia, Switch Resorts & more) ✅ Graphics & speedup fixes ✅ Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave now playable ✅ .nup support (game + updates + DLC in 1 file) ⭐ Star it: zortos293/Eglantine
Destructible terrain is finally visible on DK Bananza on Steam Deck/AMD thanks to the Zortos fork As you can see, its finally visible! Of course, the FPS is not there yet at all. Zortos has said this fork focuses on making things actually work more than on performance, but performance does appear to be on the list too. As you can see, I wouldn't consider this to be playable FPS wise, but i think we've finally reach the point of it being playable visually speaking. Everything is where it should be finally including the main point of the game with its destructible terrain. All it needs now is further optimization and it'll really be playable. here's the fork: github.com/zortos293/Eglantine/releases
from the fork's own commit notes: "a substantial performance gain remain unverified" github.com/zortos293/Eglantine/commit/11a110898
🚀 New Eglantine Fork build is out! ✅ Big performance boost (most games run at 60fps) ✅ Graphics fixes (Video codec will be fixed soon) ✅ More games boot now ✅ Games run at normal speed (no more slowdown) ⭐ Star the repo if it helps: github.com/zortos293/Eglantine/releases t.co
Nintendo Switch 2 emulator! Still experimental, but seems to be working. I will test it as soon as my Mario Kart World download finishes... github.com/zortos293/Eglantine/releases
