Current skills:
- write-product-spec: writes user-facing PRODUCT.md specs.
- write-tech-spec: writes implementation-oriented TECH.md specs.
- diagnose-ci-failures: workflow for inspecting GitHub CI failures and producing a fix plan.
- resolve-merge-conflicts: workflow and helper script for resolving git conflicts with compact context.
- review-pr: produces structured PR review feedback from local diff artifacts.
- research: delegates low signal-to-noise-ratio research work to subagents and returns distilled, evidence-backed findings.
- cross-critique: sharpens contested decisions by having agents critique one another's independent proposals before synthesis.
- skill-doctor: grades a repo's installed skills by scoring recent local agent conversations, then drafts the skill edits the evidence justifies.

They call reusable workflows in oz-for-oss, and PR #400 deleted those on Apr 30, two days after the public release, when oz-for-oss moved its control plane to Vercel. The runs fail before any job starts.

I was reading @warpdotdev's posts on self-improving factories and went to look at the loops in the open repo. The 3 weekly self-improvement workflows (triage, PR review, dedupe) have failed all 25 of their runs, starting with the first one on May 4.
