Stumbled across this cool little blob physics typing game... written in go + raylib vyrx-dev/tez (game) vyrx-dev/blob-physics (just the blob) t.co
from building TUIs to making a little game yay -S tez-bin the game: vyrx-dev/tez standalone blob physics: vyrx-dev/blob-physics some of you might know me from Toofan TUI. the project has been getting a lot of love, and i've even added multiplayer recently. i'll share a demo of that soon. this time, i wanted to try something different: a little game inspired by the blob physics i saw in one of tsoding's streams. i wanted to make it feel more satisfying to play, so i started experimenting with the physics. i'm not a game developer, so there's probably plenty i could've done better. be gentle haha. the code is 70%+ handwritten, and i intentionally left out a lot of comments. wanted to keep it that way and be transparent about it.
btw, if you're into terminal apps and TUIs, give me a follow. got some spicy things coming soon 👀 github.com/vyrx-dev
