Oh My Hermes turns one /dag-ulw prompt into a self-checking build graph, and the verify-then-repair loop is the actual story
rlaope posted a demo of OMH (Oh My Hermes) today: every lane on Claude Opus 5.5, "forging" a gaming board. Before anyone gets excited about the hardware, the board is a concept render, and he says so himself. What's real is the workflow that builds it.
What happens
You type /dag-ulw plus a goal. OMH breaks it into a graph of small tasks ("nodes") and runs the ready ones in parallel. In the demo:
- 4 lanes place parts at the same time
- a separate node checks the build
- the checker finds an M.2 drive running at 94°C
- OMH repairs it, re-checks that same node, and only then reports "verified"
Per the author, that fail, repair, re-check loop is how dag-ulw actually runs. You don't wire any of it yourself.
What OMH is (and isn't)
Someone in the replies asked "why not just use Hermes as the coding agent?" You are. OMH is an operating layer that sits on top of Hermes. You keep talking to Hermes; OMH picks a skill and a model for each lane. The README says it never patches or replaces Hermes, and never reads or patches Hermes' own memory.
What ships with it (per the README)
- A model per lane. Lanes get tagged with a work category (ultrabrain, deep, visual-engineering, quick, etc.) that sets their model chain and reasoning effort. Every chain is editable. If a provider rejects a model, it moves to the next one instead of silently downgrading.
- No write collisions. Nodes running at the same time never share a write scope (the files/areas they're allowed to edit).
- 100+ omh-* specialist skills (frontend, backend, Rust, security review, verification gates). A router loads them for you; you never call them by hand.
- Its own TUI (terminal interface) with a live lane tree showing each lane's model, effort and tokens, a cost HUD, steer/interrupt any agent, ! shell lines, Esc Esc to rewind, and codegraph across the whole repo.
- Opt-in memory. Nothing is remembered silently; each candidate is kept, refused or deferred with a written reason.
The part I'd actually steal
Statuses never call a plan "done":
Plan · not run → Code · reported done → Test · verified
A run only counts as verified when a test, review, or CI gate actually passed. Most agent setups treat "the model said it's finished" as finished. Separating reported done from verified is the habit that saves you from shipping confident garbage, with or without OMH.
Worth keeping in mind
- Every lane on Opus 5.5 is not cheap. The cost HUD exists for a reason, and per-lane model chains let you put cheaper models on quick lanes.
- "Verified" means a gate passed. It's only as strong as the test or review behind it.
- It's a third-party project (MIT, ~4.2K stars), not an official Nous release. Read the install script before piping it to sh.
If you've run /dag-ulw on a real repo, curious how often the repair loop actually fires versus passing first try. That ratio tells you more than any demo.

omh harness is crazy
This is Oh My Hermes forging a gaming board with every lane on Claude Opus 5.5.
rlaope/oh-my-hermes
One dag-ulw request turns into a graph. Four lanes place parts in parallel, then a separate node checks the build. It catches an M.2 running at 94°C, repairs it, re-checks the same node, and only then reports verified.
That's graph engineering, and you don't wire any of it yourself. You type /dag-ulw.
What's built into the harness:
- graph runs where every node gets its own model and reasoning effort
- a full process workflow: understand → research → decide → plan → execute → verify → operate → learn
- IDE-style tools in the OMH TUI: a live lane tree with model and tokens, a HUD with cost, steer or interrupt any agent, ! shell lines, Esc Esc to rewind, codegraph for the whole repo
- 100+ omh-* specialist skills the router pulls in for you
- statuses that never call a plan done: Plan · not run → Code · reported done → Test · verified
Honestly, there's nothing in it that isn't wild.
(The board is a concept render. The fail → repair → re-check loop is how dag-ulw actually runs.)

OH MY + HERMES-AGENT
A setup forged from burning through 200B tokens on Hermes is now yours with a single install.
The Oh-My-Hermes open-source repository is genuinely insane and it’s blowing up right now.
rlaope/oh-my-hermes
I spent countless hours fine-tuning this setup just so I could run Hermes with zero friction, and now I’ve open-sourced the whole thing.
Check out this ridiculous TUI: it makes graph engineering second nature for anyone.
Here is what it brings to the table:
- Massive Efficiency: Double the memory, cut runtime by 4x, and slash token usage by 5x through aggressive optimizations.
- Pure Muscle + 150+ Built-in Domain Expert Skills: Workflows you won’t find in upstream Hermes, which I actively maintain, curate, and keep razor-sharp.
Hermes agents are incredible, but dealing with plugin bloat is a headache.
Forget juggling a dozen tools just install this one, run your tasks with dag-ulw, and watch your Hermes turn into an absolute powerhouse.

FINDING HISTORY in Hermes just got a lot faster !!!
GitHub: rlaope/oh-my-hermes
With Oh My Hermes, a plain "find this" now
explores 2~ 3 times faster than before, and comes back with more of what you actually asked for.
The research skills ship with search techniques adapted from AutoRAG and tuned for agent use, so the speed comes without trading away depth. Nothing new to set up. No vector DB, no extra service, no new command.
Install it, ask the way you already do, and feel the difference on your next real question.
just install OMH once.

Oh My Hermes 4.0.0 Zeus คืออะไร?
Oh My Hermes 4.0.0 Zeus คืออะไร?
Oh My Hermes
Zeus
Hermes
Windows [4]
ประโยคที่ผมว่าแปลความได้ดีที่สุดคือ "without maintaining a second set of controls" คือไม่ต้องดูแลชุดควบคุมที่สองแยกต่างหาก [4]
Evidence Before Claims
> No measured run has been published yet. [3]
curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/rlaope/oh-my-hermes/main/install.sh | sh
บน Windows ใช้ PowerShell
irm https://raw.githubusercontent.com/rlaope/oh-my-hermes/main/install.ps1 | iex
omh setup
omh update
Do not replace the resolved SHA with main" [7]
Python
Reddit
- README มีประโยค "No measured run has been published yet" ตรงคำต่อคำ [3]

Worth keeping in mind - Every lane on Opus 5.5 is not cheap. Source: x.com Repo: rlaope/oh-my-hermes
omh harness is crazy This is Oh My Hermes forging a gaming board with every lane on Claude Opus 5.5. rlaope/oh-my-hermes One dag-ulw request turns into a graph. Four lanes place parts in parallel, then a separate node checks the build. It catches an M.2 running at 94°C, repairs it, re-checks the same node, and only then reports verified. That's graph engineering, and you don't wire any of it yourself. You type /dag-ulw. What's built into the harness: - graph runs where every node gets its own model and reasoning effort - a full process workflow: understand → research → decide → plan → execute → verify → operate → learn - IDE-style tools in the OMH TUI: a live lane tree with model and tokens, a HUD with cost, steer or interrupt any agent, ! shell lines, Esc Esc to rewind, codegraph for the whole repo - 100+ omh-* specialist skills the router pulls in for you - statuses that never call a plan done: Plan · not run → Code · reported done → Test · verified Honestly, there's nothing in it that isn't wild. (The board is a concept render. The fail → repair → re-check loop is how dag-ulw actually runs.) #omh

OH MY + HERMES-AGENT A setup forged from burning through 200B tokens on Hermes is now yours with a single install. The Oh-My-Hermes open-source repository is genuinely insane and it’s blowing up right now. rlaope/oh-my-hermes I spent countless hours fine-tuning this setup just so I could run Hermes with zero friction, and now I’ve open-sourced the whole thing. Check out this ridiculous TUI: it makes graph engineering second nature for anyone. Here is what it brings to the table: - Massive Efficiency: Double the memory, cut runtime by 4x, and slash token usage by 5x through aggressive optimizations. #hermes
Say "oh my" to Hermes. Full omh TUI on Hermes Agent. One goal becomes a graph of subagents across model families, with lanes running live under your composer. rlaope/oh-my-hermes t.co
FINDING HISTORY in Hermes just got a lot faster !!! GitHub: rlaope/oh-my-hermes With Oh My Hermes, a plain "find this" now explores 2~ 3 times faster than before, and comes back with more of what you actually asked for. The research skills ship with search techniques adapted from AutoRAG and tuned for agent use, so the speed comes without trading away depth. Nothing new to set up. No vector DB, no extra service, no new command. Install it, ask the way you already do, and feel the difference on your next real question. just install OMH once. #hermes #agent #optimization
Oh My Hermes 4.0.0 Zeus คืออะไร?
