  1. Nice! I’ll give it a try. Here’s another Git worktree tool for agentic coding sessions that I’m currently using: kunchenguid/treehouse

  2. Hacker News · · shiz92 · kunchenguid/firstmate

Ask HN: Agent swarm, orchestra, sequential, what's your workflow? Hi, Something I've read here and there is people using LLMs for multi-agent orchestration, and I cannot fully understand the idea behind it. So for those of you who do, do you not review code anymore, as you're undoubtedly the bottleneck in this setup? How does this not end up in a chinese whisper game, especially considering how much LLMs infer, guess, and find edge cases and whatnot everywhere? I have two co worker, one is closer to my workflow, plans a lot, build one at a time, almost a duet with our company's LLM. Another one will take the conf room and voice mode over with his orchestrator, define all kind of things and full send it. One is a system engineer the other a web dev, but you get the idea. I have looked at various attempt from people on github to implement these things, eg kunchenguid/firstmate; herdr itself; claude multi agent process. It has never worked out on my end, is it because of the complexity of the work or am I incompetent at delegating? I understand the importance of mastering LLMs in this brave new world but to me it seems complicated to handle more than one at a time, especially if the problem is complex and requires reading/back and forth with it. I'd appreciate resources of any kind to look deeper into it, or reading some of your work flows, good people of HN. Cheers :)

no-mistakes: Kill all the slop. Raise clean PR. (9.0k stars) What it does All text below is quoted directly from the project README. >git push no-mistakes no-mistakes puts a local git proxy in front of your real remote. Push to no-mistakes instead of origin, and it spins up a disposable worktree, runs an AI-driven validation pipeline, forwards the branch to the configured push target only after every check passes, and opens a clean PR automatically. Highlights: - Non-blocking - the pipeline runs in an isolated worktree without disrupting your work. - Agent-agnostic - claude, codex, grok, rovodev, opencode, pi, copilot, antigravity, or cursor / devin / acp:<target> via acpx, with ordered fallbacks; every gate requires a runnable configured pipeline agent. - Agent-native - /no-mistakes lets your coding agent do a task and gate it, or gate existing committed work: it runs the pipeline, has the pipeline apply safe fixes, and escalates the rest to you. - Human stays in charge - auto-fix or review findings, your call. - Clean PRs by default - push, open PR, watch CI, and auto-fix failures in one shot. >curl -fsSL raw.githubusercontent.com | sh Repository kunchenguid/no-mistakes Repository stats |Metric|Value| |:-|:-| |Stars|8,976| |Forks|932| |Last release|v1.84.0 (2026-09-26)| |Languages|Go 99.7%, Shell 0.2%, Python 0.1%| |Contributors|115| |AI contributor accounts (Claude / Codex / Cursor / Copilot)|@claude (23 commits), @cursoragent (8 commits), @Copilot (1 commits)| |AI co-authored commits|Claude: 23, Cursor: 7, Copilot: 1| Main contributor |Field|Value| |:-|:-| |Name|Kun Chen| |GitHub|@kunchenguid| |Commits to this repo|437 (top contributor)| |Bio|Member of the Technical Community. Herdr quota meter preview.redd.it A local Herdr plugin wrapper around quota-axi. It can open a live quota pane and prepare a command for Herdr's right side of the tab bar. Install with herdr plugin install danielpradilla/herdr-quota-meter danielpradilla/herdr-quota-meter Open the quota pane herdr plugin pane open --plugin quota-meter --entrypoint quota Choose providers for the tab bar First, prepare the status command and find its persistent configuration directory: herdr plugin action invoke quota-meter.configure-status --plugin quota-meter herdr plugin log list --plugin quota-meter herdr plugin config-dir quota-meter Open providers.txt inside the directory returned by the last command. On first setup, it contains: claude, codex, copilot, kiro Replace that line with the IDs of the providers you use, separated by commas. For example, for Claude Code and Codex: claude, codex

lavish-axi: For when a rich editor is not rich enough (4.2k stars) What it does All text below is quoted directly from the project README. >HTML is the new markdown. Lavish is the new editor for your HTML artifacts. How It Works: - File-path identity - Sessions are keyed by the canonical HTML file path, so agents do not need opaque IDs. - Portable artifacts - The artifact runs in a sandboxed iframe while Lavish injects a small SDK for annotations, snapshots, feedback controls, and render-time layout checks. - Self-paint warning - lavish-axi <html-file>, export, and share run a render-free check for artifacts missing an explicit page background and return a one-line self_paint_warning. - Open-time layout gate - The browser chrome masks an artifact only while the real in-iframe audit waits for fonts and final geometry. - Layout issues inbox - Detection is passive. After fonts and finite animations settle, the injected SDK confirms severe failures from direct rendered evidence such as materially escaped meaningful content or required controls, clipped text fragments, viewport reachability, or near-total semantic occlusion. >npx skills add kunchenguid/lavish-axi --skill lavish Repository kunchenguid/lavish-axi Repository stats |Metric|Value| |:-|:-| |Stars|4,175| |Forks|381| |Last release|lavish-axi-v0.1.89 (2026-10-15)| |Languages|JavaScript 95.4%, HTML 2.8%, CSS 1.8%| |Contributors|40| |AI contributor accounts (Claude / Codex / Cursor / Copilot)|Copilot: 1, cursoragent: 13, claude: 13| |AI co-authored commits|Claude: 13, Cursor: 13, Copilot: 1| Main contributor |Field|Value| |:-|:-| |Name|Kun Chen| |GitHub|@kunchenguid| |Commits to this repo|123 (top contributor)| |Bio|Member of the Technical Community. 7. @tibo_maker solved this a few months ago with firstmate kunchenguid/firstmate you are not alone. we got this pain because we were juggling the sessions ourselves everyone who used firstmate knows how good it feels when it’s the agent doing the context switch, not you
