Parallel coding agents are useful—until their changes collide.
Kander is a terminal kanban board for coordinating multiple AI coding agents across software tasks.
It helps you keep parallel work moving with conflict-aware scheduling, isolated workspaces, and independent review gates before a task is delivered.
Key features:
• Two-stage review gates – separates execution from review, with a completion gate for task delivery
• Conflict-aware scheduling – analyzes Git branch overlaps and file modification boundaries to control concurrency
• Isolated agent workspaces – uses Git worktrees plus tmux/herd containers for parallel execution
• GitHub issue import – browse issues in a terminal overlay and import them into task cards
• Environment checks – `kander doctor` checks and repairs dependencies, agent availability, launchers, and rules configuration

8 月 1 号到现在，我完成了接近 2000 个开发任务，放到以前简直不敢想象
虽然我从 25 年就开始一直用 AI 辅助编程了，但真正完全让 AI 写代码，大概是从今年 3 月开始。
从 3 月到现在，我做了 [QuickTUI]( quicktui.ai) 这个项目，提交了 2 万次，发了 350 多个 iOS TestFlight 版本，代码累计超过 120 万行。。。跨越 Go/Rust/Swift/Kotilin 等等。
期间还给公司搞了两个十几万行的 Go 项目，其中一个用户量都接近 9KW 了。
最初 AI 写的代码还是自己 Review ，后来干脆让 AI Review 。再后来直接搞了多 agent 编排工具 [Kander]( dualface/kander) 来辅助自己，这个工具从 8 月到现在，也完成了接近 2000 个任务了。
这种产出量，如果没有 AI ，即便是强力团队，估计也是 1 年以上的工作量。
上面这些项目，我一行都没写过。而且除了前期阶段，到了最近三个月，我更是一行代码都没看过了。
我相信再过几个月，我的能力还能继续放大。现在唯一的短板就是还没挣到钱了，啊哈哈哈哈

Claude 现在太耐造了， cc200+cc100 感觉蹬不完
虽然 Claude 封号很烦躁，但是不恶心人，用量也不缩水。
OpenAI 不封号却全是小动作：降智拉屎、限速、缩量。
下个月开始，只保留 cc200+cc100+opencode-go ，以及之前年付大冤种订阅的 SuperHeavy Grok 。。。
马斯克也是玩不起，grok 又蠢又慢，量还给得少。
