正在重构 TokenFlux/TokenRouter 的 SSE 流式保活机制。此前，TokenRouter 只会透传上游的 SSE 心跳；一旦遇到协议转换，则完全不会处理 SSE 心跳。当上游不发送 SSE 心跳且思考时间超过 125 秒时，就会触发 Cloudflare 524 超时报错 该问题在 Claude/Gemini 系列模型上非常常见。以往的解决方案是弃用 Cloudflare，但这显然不是一个好主意。重构后的 TokenRouter 将接管 SSE 心跳，独立向下游发送 SSE 保活，预计可彻底解决该问题
