For those wondering... yes, a 5-year-old M1 Pro 16GB can run DK Bananza. (Natively)
Getting this set up was way easier than I expected. Just pick the folder with your NSP, hit "Build Game," and you’ll have a native app ready to go in about two hours.
The only tricky part was converting the R*M folder into an NSP. I got it working using NSP Box through Whisky (Crossover didn’t work for me, but since it’s just a simple .exe, any VM should work fine). You can use that same tool to generate your prod.key, too.
FYI: it’s not locked at 60 FPS. It randomly jumps between 30 and 60, but it doesn't seem like a hardware issue—I ran into the same thing with the native build of Tears of the Kingdom. My guess is it's some sort of built-in V-Sync issue.

It's pretty sweet that LNPANDY/NX2Apple lets Macs run Switch games natively now after a recompile. I've even got it compiling games for my iPhone, and it's running Mario Kart 8 Deluxe near flawlessly with upscaling. :)
Turning your dumped Switch games into native iOS and Mac apps with a single click?! 🤯🍏
NX2Apple is officially live on GitHub.
Native Apple Silicon recompilation, NVN to Metal translation, a dedicated GUI builder, and zero emulator overhead…

Switch Games on Vision Pro (and Mac/iPhone/iPad) - What to do with my Mac App?
Hi, we all have seen that the landscape around seedds/nxnative has exploded in frontends and coverage. This allows to play Switch 1 games (you dumped from your jailbroken switch) on an Apple device with an M processor (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Vision Pro). Over the past 2-3 days I wanted more convenience and like a few others: LNPANDY/NX2Apple & rennan101/nxnative_Launcher I have built a frontend and a Vision Pro 3D layer (Tested on TOTK, really good and Yoshi's Wooly world ok-ish).
Mine also connects to your romM server if you happen to have the games there. It works with or without a ROMM server. It will on your MAC build the game and then transfer it in chunks to the device. As the original project, it needs a dev license.
My AI with Claude version adds to most others: iCloud saves across devices, Vision Pro support and experimental 3D for Vision Pro, RomM Server integration.
Now to my problem: I don't want to get emails from Nintendo, it was a convenience project for myself, but I think it might be useful for some. So if a dev wants to have it, DM me. I have no issue if you put it n GitHub, it's just that I don't want to get mail from Nintendo...
If one of the other projects wants it to enhance their version (my project did take from them as well) same, please ping me with your email address so I can send it.

@8810cfw Thank you🙏 Amazing to see Mario Kart 8 running on iPhone Duo — and even better that the outer and inner screens switch seamlessly. Exactly what we hoped for.

还是带UI的App更具备普适性一些
-可手动配置游戏包和key
-自动检测设备依赖项,缺失的一键安装
-构建进度展示,并提供日志,在报错时方便查询
