Permanently banned from WoW Classic for "hacks". Could Zapret be the reason? Hey everyone, A few days ago my WoW Classic account got permanently banned for "Unauthorized Cheat Programs (Hacks)". The thing is, I've never used cheats or bots in WoW. I know that's exactly what everyone says when they get banned, but I really haven't, and I'm honestly pretty confused about what happened. I live in Russia, and because of internet restrictions here I use a program called Zapret (from GitHub). It's basically a tool to get around ISP blocking, so I can use things like Discord and YouTube normally. I've had it running in the background while playing WoW for quite a long time without any issues. After the ban I started looking into it and realized that I had the "Game Filter" option enabled in Zapret. Apparently it can affect network traffic from games too. I have no idea if that's what triggered the ban, but it's the only thing I can think of. I sent Blizzard an appeal and explained everything, including Zapret. Unfortunately, the GM replied that the ban was correct, they couldn't give me any details, and the decision wouldn't be changed. That's it. What makes this especially frustrating is that I have no way to figure out what I supposedly did wrong. If Zapret caused some kind of detection, I wasn't even aware that it could be a problem for WoW. I've put a lot of time into my characters, and I was planning to keep playing Classic for a long time. Losing all that progress sucks, obviously. But being banned for cheating when I haven't cheated is what bothers me the most. I've seen a post from an Overwatch player who also used Zapret and eventually got unbanned after posting on Reddit. That's actually what made me decide to write here. Has anyone here had a similar experience with Zapret or other DPI bypass tools? Or managed to get a ban reviewed again after Blizzard said the decision was final? I'm not really sure what else I can do at this point. I just want someone to take another look at what happened. Sorry if my English is a bit awkward, it's not my first language.

@noscium It works without a VPN on a PC, but you need to work with a list and strategies. (I'm currently writing with it without a VPN) flowseal/zapret-discord-youtube
