  1. idk if you’re looking for anything this structured, but this was highly recommended by people I trust and I was extremely impressed when I tried it out DrCatHicks/informed-patient

  2. Rich - I recommend @grimalkina.bsky.social’s incredible informed-patient skill. She’s a PhD psychologist with Long Covid and a father with cancer. You might also know her as the founder of the Pluralsight Developer Success Lab DrCatHicks/informed-patient

  3. just gave DrCatHicks/learning-opportunities a spin on a hobby project I was working on this afternoon. It challenged me to interrogate the design in ways that I hadn't bothered to do. Very impressed at the questions! I can see how this would help people stay familiar with the code they work on.

  4. For habits, I encourage people (including myself) to occasionally stop and ask "am I out over my skis? should I slow down and intentionally invest in understanding what's happening here?" Your learning opportunities skill is the best tool I've found for that step! DrCatHicks/learning-opportunities

  5. I always recommend looking at something like informed-patient from @grimalkina.bsky.social for a great example of how to keep LLMs accountable LLMs are not magic you can make them do the things you want them to do DrCatHicks/informed-patient
