做了个菜单栏小工具：听写的时候把音乐静音 用豆包输入法听写的时候，音乐还在响，每次都要自己去按暂停。做了个菜单栏小工具 Autopause：麦克风在用的时候，把正在放的音乐静音或暂停，说完再回来。 两种方式： - 静音：歌继续放，系统音量淡下去，说完再淡回来。 - 暂停：停掉 Music 、Spotify ，以及当前正在播放的内容。只有它自己暂停的才会再播放。中途按了播放，它就不再插手。 默认再等 1.5 秒才恢复，两句话之间音乐不会弹一下。也可以只让指定的 App 触发，开会、打电话就不会把歌停掉。 不录音，不打开麦克风，不申请麦克风权限，没有账号。macOS 14 或更新，Developer ID 签名并公证，不在 App Store 。 autopause.reily.app github.com/zhigang1992/autopause/releases/downloa… zhigang1992/autopause
