NectarLink: Your Android phone and your PC, working as one (513 stars)
What it does

>Notifications, messages, calls, clipboard, files, photos, screen mirroring and phone apps in windows, between Android and Windows 10 (2004+) or 11. Free and open source. Local-first, end-to-end encrypted, no account and no cloud.
What it does:
- Notifications on the PC, with replies, actions, Live Updates (progress, timers, deliveries) and a Copy code button for one-time codes.
- Messages: SMS and MMS conversations plus chats from RCS, WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal and other apps in one inbox.
- Calls: see who's calling, answer, decline or hang up from the PC, call any number or contact through the phone, and browse recent calls.
- Clipboard: copy on one device, paste on the other, with optional encrypted history.
- Files and folders both ways at Wi-Fi speed, with resume after a dropped connection, Send to in File Explorer, and the phone's storage in File Explorer.
- Screen mirroring at up to 60 frames a second with the phone's sound, screenshots and recording.
- Apps: open any phone app in a window of its own on the PC, with its own taskbar icon, running beside whatever the phone shows.
- Phone as a webcam in Zoom, Teams, Meet, OBS and the Camera app.

Long-horizon work is where it's strongest.
NectarLink, my open source phone-to-PC app, was the large codebase test: a Rust core, a Kotlin Android app and a Qt desktop app, ~218K lines, with real users. thtbee/nectarlink
Argon worked on it for a full week: 26 sessions plus 97 subagents, ~120h, 40 orchestrator briefs and 56 of my own messages. I tracked 18 feature sessions in detail. Each went end to end across protocol, core, bindings, both UIs, tests and docs in 1–3.5h, 170–780 turns and 120–440K output tokens, and usually compiled and passed tests on the first review. 4 of the 18 went in as they were; most needed a few fixes.
Traced with git blame, ~55% of NectarLink's surviving lines are Argon's and ~39% Opus 5.5's. Argon wrote 64% of the Rust core and 66% of the Android app.
Kestrel K-1, the humanoid robot I posted, was one conversation: 30 runs, ~32h of work ~4M output tokens. It took 26 orchestrator prompts and 4 of mine. The mechanism stayed consistent across all 30 runs, from a 1,278-part hand with 20 motors to a 14,316-part body.
