jukebox-os

What does it do?

It records LLM requests, streaming chunks, seeds, tool inputs/outputs, and clock ticks into a portable .jbx tape. [1] It intercepts file writes, shell commands, SQL queries, and MCP calls in a copy-on-write staging layer, so side effects reach the real system only on commit and can be rolled back. [2] A supported use case is forking a failed recorded run at a frame, changing the model or system prompt, and replaying/diffing the new timeline. [3]
