What does it do?
Licasa is an image viewer and editor for the Linux desktop that opens a photo in a fullscreen window or a floating window. [1] It can open image file types including HEIC, AVIF, JPEG XL, and RAW previews, and can play Motion Photos and animated APNG files. [2a][2b] It also lets someone crop, adjust, and export a photo, for example after opening it in the viewer. [3a][3b]
