What does it do?
Ruflo is described as an agent meta-harness for Claude Code and Codex; a harness is the workbench around the model that organizes tasks, carries context between steps, and helps check results. [1a][1b] It provides an execution layer around those tools that adds specialized agents, coordinated swarms, memory, and federation, which lets agents on different machines collaborate securely. [2a][2b] A supported use case is coordinating multiple agents as a team, with agents self-organizing into swarms and remembering across sessions. [3a][3b]
