Custom RP2040 boot2 build: Pico SDK's pad_checksum defaults to seed 0; CMake passes -s 0xffffffff. If you call it yourself, pass that seed and check the final 256-byte boot2 CRC. Check the flash-specific XIP setup separately. github.com/raspberrypi/pico-sdk/blob/079c6f390236…
