If u used DLSS5 Swapper by Rakanki911 Please make sure to back up your files and NUKE your entire operating system. GitHub has banned the author’s repo due to its malicious payload. And recently Nexus mods quarantined his program as well due to potential malicious contents inside the program. To be clear, the swapper program binaries themselves are NOT malicious or dangerous, that’s why GitHub and Nexus mods didn’t flag it immediately. Problem is it’s side-loading contents are malicious, it would side load a compromised version of ReShade tutorial into your system’s AppData folder (ReShade_Setup_6.8.0_Addon) and start acting like an info stealer (Trojan:Win32/Kepavll!rfn**)** to steal your browsers cookies, which contains all your login credentials. And in most instances, the info stealer would exclude itself from Windows Defender. Don’t know whether the author did this intentionally or not, but you should assume all your accounts stored on your computer are compromised. Edit: READ post body FIRST! As of right now, the author’s Nexus page is under review as well. The swapper itself is legit, the questionable part is the ReShader that was loaded into your system when u allow the swapper to inject files into your system. Which means u are not gonna find anything if u run anti-virus against the program itself. Most importantly, some people here seem to get offended from this warning, so remember, you guys are welcome to keep using it, nobody is here to stop u.
