What does it do?

This repository contains OpenShift cluster manifests, component build manifests, and CI workflow configuration for OKD and OCP. ^[1] It helps set up a CI workflow for a new repository with make new-repo and holds ci-operator configuration that details builds and tests for component repositories. ^[2a]^[2b]
