What does it do?
It dumps unencrypted romFS and exeFS data from Switch 2 games, updates, and DLC. [1] It supports digital games, game cards, and Switch 2 Editions. [2] The files are loaded normally by the system and then pulled over FTP, and the tool provides an FTP address on port 2121 for connecting. [3a][3b]
