What does it do?
BioEmu2 is described as a foundation model for biomolecular structure and dynamics; it predicts folded structures, samples equilibrium ensembles (sets of structures at equilibrium), and propagates structures forward in time. [1] It supports molecular systems containing proteins, nucleic acids, ligands, and other chemical components. [2] A supported use case is sampling eight equilibrium conformations of adenylate kinase from PDB entry 1AKE through its command-line interface. [3]
