@nezar Just today, we sped up `one_hot_encode` further to the point where we could encode all 455 contigs of hg38 in 1.5 seconds. Merged. These functions are now all super fast, and when combined with agentic skills, makes them work much faster than before. tangermeme#113
@nezar More changes made to `extract_loci`, to make tangermeme (one of?) the fastest ways to load genomics data from disk and throw it onto a GPU for sequence-to-function modeling. Merged already. tangermeme#110
