Does edl tools work with lumia chipsets (from qualcomm ) With a similar post I made, wanted to see/restore old 520 phone. Yet that won't be possible to do with windows if the drivers are undetected to an extent (screen damage and potential fault from battery) Then windows tools won't be an option for flashing firmware: to then apply/flash custom roms. Now i ask for what experienced tools or how to ensure i can flash fresh firmware. bkerler/edl edl#214 With these refferences, there are possible readback info to extracract and check the 'corrupt rom' issue i stated in my previous post. reddit.com Anyone have these files or comprehensive ways to use this tool to reflash stock rom b4 any custom rom procedures? Previous post also asked if the linux commandline tool 'fwupdmgr' will be able to flash firmware of external devices via generic usb connections?
