What does it do?

Actix Web is a web framework for Rust (README line 4). [1] It supports HTTP/1.x and HTTP/2, request routing, WebSockets, and static assets (README lines 28–36). [2] The README example defines a greeting route that returns “Hello {name}!” for a request path (README lines 69–72). [3]
