我们是一家做 AI developer tools 的开源创业公司，目前正在探索 coding models / agents 方向的 RL infrastructure 。团队规模小、技术导向强，背后有 top VCs 支持，资金充足。
希望找一位 3–6 个月的工程实习生，和核心团队一起做：
- model training / RL 相关的数据提取和处理 pipeline
- coding dataset 的生成、过滤和验证工具
- coding models / agents 的 training & evaluation infrastructure
- 从设计、开发到测试，完整负责实际工程任务
希望你：
- CS 和软件工程基础扎实
- 熟悉 Python / TypeScript
- 对 RL 、AI Infra 、Data Systems 、Code Analysis 感兴趣
- 能独立推进和解决开放性工程问题
我们会提供充足的 model API / token / compute 资源，方便做实验和开发，也会给 intern 比较大的 ownership 。
