What does it do?
It is a curated library of offensive security skills for the Claude Skills system, with each skill stored as a structured SKILL.md file that gives Claude methodology for a specific attack surface. [1a][1b] It helps someone give Claude domain-specific guidance on demand: skills load when conversation mentions matching topics, for uses such as authorized red team engagements, bug bounty triage, security research, CTF preparation, and operator training.
