健身 App 要么逼你订阅,要么数据全在人家服务器上。openGym 一条命令跑在自己机器上,5600 多个动作带动画,休息计时、自动加重量,还能从 Strong、Hevy 导入旧记录。

Ridge 0.7.0: your Helio Strap's heart rate on your self-hosted openGym workouts and Dawarich walks, runs and rides
Ridge, the open-source Helio Strap app with no Zepp cloud, now works with two self-hosted apps. Both are optional and read-only.
- openGym (DuarteSantos8/openGym): your gym sessions show the strap's heart rate, strain and zones, with each exercise shaded and each set marked on the heart-rate line.
preview.redd.it
- Dawarich (Freika/dawarich): the day's walks, runs and rides show on a map with distance, heart rate and strain. The strap's step data decides what each stretch was: running cadence means a run, walking steps mean a walk, and a tram or train ride is left out of the distance. Dawarich's own one-mode-per-track guess isn't used.
preview.redd.it
- Ridge still never records your location. Tracks stay in Dawarich and are fetched only when you look at a day.

I forked openGym and made it plug and play
Credit first: openGym is by Duarte Santos, here is (his repo). His app, his work, AGPL license. I just train with it and wanted a version shaped like how I actually use it, so I forked it.
What I changed:
• Took out the gym check-in card and the AI coach. I never used them.
• Option 1: open the link, add it to your home screen, done. It is a static website, your data stays in your browser.
• Option 2: if you want sync between devices, plug in your own free Firestore and deploy on Vercel. No server to run. There is a deploy button and a short guide in the repo.
Everything else is his openGym: the logging, plans, stats, exercise library, all of it.
Live: opengym-lean.vercel.app
My fork: 0xovo/opengym-lean
preview.redd.it
Feedback is welcome, mostly I want to know if the sync setup works for other people or breaks somewhere.

openGym hit 15,000 stars, your donations paid for every licence, and it's now in the App Store. Thank you! 💚
Hey everyone, some of you have followed openGym since my first post here, so this one is mostly a thank you.
openGym is an open-source workout tracker: plan your week or a rotation, log sets, rest timer, 5,600+ animated exercises, muscle maps, stats, imports from Strong/Hevy/FitNotes. Use it on your phone alone or self-host it with one docker compose up. AGPL, no ads, no account, no tracking.
Since the last post:
- ⭐ 15,700 stars and 2,000 forks (three months after I put it online, I'm still processing this)
- Your donations now cover all the licences: the exercise animations, the Apple developer account and the rest. openGym can stay free with no ads and no paywall. That's 100% you.
- 📱 The iPhone + Apple Watch app is live in the App Store, in every country
- Android APKs keep coming (~49,000 downloads so far), Google Play is next
- 79 contributors and 20 languages
If you want to help it grow:
• Leave a review in the App Store, it makes a huge difference for a small app: apps.apple.com
• Join the Discord, that's where ideas turn into features (and where I hang out): discord.gg
• Or simply leave a ⭐ on GitHub: DuarteSantos8/openGym
Thanks again for every star, bug report, PR, translation and coffee. You made this a real app 💚

Open source, self-hostable, no ads, no account.
Thank you all 💚 DuarteSantos8/openGym
