What does it do?
Sloth is a gateway (a single entry point) and service discovery registry (a registry that lets services find each other) for AI agents, APIs, and MCP servers. [1] It lets you register an AI agent so agents can discover each other and route every call through one gateway that handles load balancing, health checks, and policy. [2]
